The Paralympics took place in the Netherlands in 1980. In Arnhem to be precise. With Radio Oost we followed the then still called Olympic Games for the Disabled day in day out. In the editorial meeting we saw, among others, Henk Halfman (editor), Ferdinand Fransen, Walter Tiemessen, Bram Van Der Weide and the journalist Jaap Heerze.
